Customer Service Workers Should Not Be Automated Voices -Daily Create 6/2

I am sure everyone has had a least one experience with a customer service where they were put on hold for an extensive amount of time or just get transferred to an automated voice. Although, this process can be so frustrating when all you are trying to do is find a solution to your problem. A couple of years ago, I deposited money into my bank account via ATM and checked back days later to see that it had not been deposited. Now, I do not play around with my money, so I was very agitated that it was not there. I called my bank to fix the issue and was turned over to an automated voice that was instructing me to press numbers on my phone to figure out the issue. All in all, it was an exhausting process and I did not even figure out why the money did not go through.
